Shipping Policy

Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your order. Processing time begins the day after your order has been received. Once your order has been processed, an email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order. ***Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.***

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated & displayed at checkout. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS unless noted otherwise.

Once your item(s) has shipped, you'll receive an email confirming the shipment of your order and the tracking information will also be provided.

Incorrect/Missing Shipping Information

The Lotus Alchemist is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or missing shipping information provided by the customer. Please provide complete shipping information in order to receive items. For example, 123 Main St. Apt 204B, Atlanta, GA 30349. If a package is returned due to incorrect or missing information provided by customer, or if the customer was not home or did not provide instructions for delivery in case they were not home for delivery; the customer will be responsible for costs of return shipping and redelivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Lotus Alchemist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon inquiry, The Lotus Alchemist will provide to the customer confirmation of delivery, date of delivery, if delivery was to the address provided at the time order was placed, tracking information and the shipping carrier information. If item has been confirmed delivered, please check with your local post office for further investigation. Your local post office will be able to locate the vicinity of the misdelivered package based off of geo-tracking(GPS), and if they are able to locate package, they will attempt to recover & redeliver your package to you. If the item has been lost, damaged or missing contents, you can file a claim online at www.usps.com/help/claims/htm. For damaged items, please save all packaging materials before filing claim.
